April 2nd update: Delivery - Restrictions
From April 1, in France, Colissimo delivery at home is only possible from Wednesday to Friday.
For packages delivered by Chronopost, delivery is possible from Monday to Friday.
In Europe, it depends of each country and your local transporter (BPost, DPD, BRT Bartolini, SEUR).
In any case, no more delivery time is guaranteed.
Make sure to fill in all your contact details (Apartment number, name of your Residence or Building, Zip code, mobile number, etc.)
Check your email everyday. You will receive notifications from the carrier in case of problems with the delivery of your package.
Regarding shipments, we can ship your orders only from Tuesday morning to Thursday noon
Package tracking is available on the sites of your carrier within 24 hours after deposit at the post office, when flashing in sorting centers.
March 25th update: Shipping - Restrictions
Day+1 to prepare and ship your orders. The only Post Office still in service in our area, is now only open the morning, from monday to friday. Parcels are dropped off before noon.
Parcels are no longer tracked from the depot at the Post Office. Parcels tracking is possible later when they arrive in the sorting centers.
Monday 30th and tuesday 31th March, the Post Office will be closed, so no shipping possible from the 28th to the 31 March.
COVID-19 >> SHIPPING INFORMATION
Following the containment measures against the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken all necessary measures to guarantee the continuity of our online store.
The website works normally, you can always place your orders.
There is no limitation applied to the movement of goods but shipments and deliveries are partially affected.
For now it's not possible to ship in pickup points, through transporters like: Mondial Relay, Punto Pack, Chrono Relais, Happy Post and Hermès.
Currently, for shipments in France, we can only guarantee home deliveries (delivery without signature) via La Poste, Colissimo and Chronopost.
For the rest of Europe, home deliveries are possible depending on the country, via Colissimo, Chronopost, BPost (Belgium), DPD, BRT Bartolini (Italy), SEUR (Spain), with additional delays to be expected.
Shipments will be made Monday to Friday noon.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped with tracking number and against signature. Packages can also be shipped in Express. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery because it means additional costs. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include preparation and packing costs and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We can't combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Boxes dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
